I'm trying to use a standard WF ERCActCre (WS5190009) to change application status due to a change in candidacy status in a way that when candidacy status is changed to "to be hired" then application status will be changed automatically to "to be hired" and also when candidacy status is changed to "rejected" then application status will be changed automatically to "rejected".
I copied the standard WF and made some necessary changes.
Unfortunately, the WF doesn't change application status although there is no error in any WF steps and WF is completed successfully.
In this WF there are two ways to change application status: by creating an activity (on ND object) to change application status and by using special task the changes directly application status (without using an activity).
Both ways do not change application status in my situation. In the first way, an activity to change application status is created correctly, but without changing the status of the application.
I customized the changing status activity that will work not only with candidacy (NE), but also with applications (ND) and it also didn't solve the problem.
Do you have any ideas?
